Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell or distribute your personal information to any third parties. Your credit card information is not seen by us at all. PayPal only gives us your name address and email address. PayPal has their own advanced encryption system that ensures that your payment information is safe and secure. The only information we will store is your contact information on our accounting system. 

WE DO NOT SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH ANYONE.

Experiences: Insurance
Participation in some experiences may involve an element of risk and your experience is purchased in the knowledge of this. Boys To Men Gifts / Akuba Services Inc. can provide further information on experiences if you are in doubt. Ultimately, our experience suppliers have control of the experience on the day over which Boys To Men Gifts / Akuba Services Inc. has no influence. Whilst it is required by Boys To Men Gifts / Akuba Services Inc. that all venue operators must have current public liability and/or third party insurance and be fully conversant with and comply with all necessary health and safety requirements, you should make independent inquiries as to the need to acquire your own insurance cover.

Experiences Disclaimer of Warranties

You expressly understand that: a. Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Boys To Men Gifts / Akuba Services Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. b. Boys To Men Gifts / Akuba Services Inc. makes no warranty that (i) the service will meet your requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, and (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations. c. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Boys To Men Gifts / Akuba Services Inc. or through or from the service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions. Whilst we take every care in choosing our experience suppliers, inclusion of an experience in our range does not mean that we guarantee the safety standards or satisfactory performance of any of the experience suppliers.

Boys To Men Gifts / Akuba Services Inc. liability for any claim of breach of obligation regarding any single voucher or experience shall not exceed the price of that experience.

Experiences Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that Boys To Men Gifts / Akuba Services Inc. shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damage to your property, injury to your person or another participant of the experience,and financial losses (even if Boys To Men Gifts / Akuba Services Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, information or services purchased or obtained or transactions entered into through or from the service; (iii) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or (iv) any other matter relating to the service.

Voucher Conditions
Boy To Men Gifts / Akuba Services Inc. experience vouchers are evidence of payment for a given experience. The expiry date of the voucher is one year from purchase date unless a different time frame is printed on the voucher. The voucher is non transferable and can be only used for the particular experience listed on the voucher. The voucher has a unique code and can only be used once. The voucher can only be used by the person named on the voucher. Photo I.D. Will be required by the experience supplier and must match the name on the voucher. Only the original voucher will be accepted by the experience supplier. The payment for the voucher / experience is non-refundable. Re-issue of vouchers for any reason, will be subject to a $25.00 administration fee.

Occasionally Boys To Men Gifts / Akuba Services Inc. and (or) our experience suppliers have to cancel an experience for reasons beyond our control. We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and do everything we can to offer you an alternative. We regret that in these circumstances Boys To Men Gifts / Akuba Services Inc. cannot offer a refund on any expenses you may have incurred in relation to the canceled experience. The voucher user and purchaser is advised that in most cases, waivers and disclaimers have to be completed by participants or Parents / Guardians of participants prior to participating in the experience. Some experiences have age and health restrictions. All the above terms and conditions apply as a condition of using any voucher, whether or not the voucher holder is the original purchaser.

Refunds & Cancellations
We will make refunds on unbooked experiences bought direct from boystomengifts.com within 30 days of purchase, minus a 10% administration charge. Refunds are always made to the person who purchased the experience only, and made in the same manner as the original booking was made. Unused vouchers must be returned before a refund can be made.

Security
Each voucher shows a reference and security code which must be quoted when dealing with experience suppliers or Boys To Men Gifts, and which will be used to identify your payment. Vouchers and the associated reference must be kept safely and securely. Boys To Men Gifts / Akuba Services Inc. will take no responsibility for any loss you may incur as a result of impersonation or identity fraud. Lost vouchers must be reported to Boys To Men Gifts /Akuba Services Inc. immediately. Re-issue of vouchers will be subject to a $25.00 administration fee.
