Returns Policy
We want you to love everything that you buy from us. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund of your purchase price, assuming that returns are made within 30 days of your purchase and that returned items are in their original condition and packaging.

All sales become final after 30 days. The Christmas returns deadline is 30th January. We are unable to accept returns of merchandise (including packaging) that has been used, soiled or damaged. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless it was a result of our error. When an item is returned that qualified for free shipping on purchase, the actual shipping cost that was born by us will be deducted from the amount refunded. We are unable to accept returns of Gift Boxes / Wrap. Please return items in their original packaging including the receipt. We are unable to accept C.O.D's.

If returning goods from outside of Canada, please mark the customs declaration as a return of goods with $0.00 value as Boys To Men Gifts will not be liable for duties and taxes charged on returned items.

Please return the item to us in its original packaging, securely padded and packed to ensure no damage occurs during return shipping, along with the following information.

We will deal with your refund promptly, usually within 5 working days of receipt of the returned goods. The refund can take up to 14 working days to complete it’s journey through the Canadian banking system or sooner if puchased via PayPal.

Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell or distribute your personal information to any third parties. Your credit card information is not seen by us at all. PayPal only gives us your name address and email address. PayPal has their own advanced encryption system that ensures that your payment information is safe and secure.
